I want to be able to divide a Kanban board by person. Currently, the divide by feature only allows users to divide a Kanban by group, status, or priority.
Dividing by person will allow each person to have their own Kanban swim lane and easily see all of their cards.
I know you can filter the Kanban board by person, but dividing by person also allows a supervisor to quickly see the status of each person’s tasks without having to create a filter for each person.
This is a view we’d love to have as well - a kanban view by person is a great tool in a daily stand-up or other project status meeting where each person can review what’s in their bucket by going through the cards. This feature is top on my wish list!

There is an app Kanbanify that makes it possible to have a board in a kanban view groupping items by people. You can connect 1 or multiple boards in the Kanban view. You can also connect subitems.
You can group items in the Kanban view by people, status or Priority
