Our company would love the functionality of sorting our Kanban columns by People. For instance, an Art Director can use the Kanban view with columns sorted by Designer, and have an at-a-glance look at which projects are assigned to each person.
I am sure there are other columns that would be useful to sort by as well, rather limiting it to just Status types.
