Due date automation problems

Hi all,

I am having issues with due date automations.
In our pipeline we use date columns with times.
Our automations are set to change a status one day after the date, at a certain time (typically after the time the original event took place). However, I’ve now noticed that none of the automations triggered and I’m not sure why.

Is this specific to date columns with associated times? How can I fix this?

I’ve provided a test example - the automation was set to trigger today at noon but it didn’t change. All of these were prospective (so none retrospective triggers), so I don’t quite understand what’s going on but it is quite important that these automations work for us :frowning:

Can you provide the automation set up you have? Perhaps the issue is syntax.
