Although the E&A is great for tracking E&A done within the item/contact/account/deal/etc.. However, I find the E&A log notes and the Activities board to be greatly lacking.
- It’d be great if the information placed in the E&A can also be placed in the Activities board.
- It’d be great if the E&A can have rich information within instead of just a note. For example: rich text, rating, forms (we do quarterly calls, and forms help us ask the right questions and put the answers in the correct place), and more.
- If 2 isn’t an option, allow for connecting to other boards and having that information track directly to the note. For example, we conduct site visits. Having the site visit and summary be attached to the E&A log would be immensely helpful. I’m talking about automatically connecting to the site visit form/board either within the log itself and pulling a link or data into the E&A log.
