Email Integration Fonts (Continued)

Hi guys,

My team has recently started using Monday.com and we absolutely love it. However, with our Outlook Email integration, the font is not the same and their is no way to change it. Please advise if there is a solution as we are having to send emails from Outlook.

Hey Abbas,

Just to clarify, are you referring to differences in font when sending natively from Outlook versus when emails are sent within the platform (through the Outlook integration)? Thanks in advance

Thank you for the swift reply, and yes, I am referring to the difference in font when sending from Outlook (app) and emailing through integration.

I will raise this internally, however at this time, I don’t believe we have concrete plans to update the font just yet. That said, if information is shared with me, I will be sure to let you know. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Thank you for getting back to me. However, I would like to know when this would be planned considering the discussion below was posted 4 years ago outlining the exact same issue.

Email Integration Fonts

Hi We currently have email integrations on our board that sends out an email from our Outlook account when a pulse status is changed. This works fine but the email that is sent out has a different font than the one we normally use for our emails and therefore doesn’t look like one of our emails. Is there any way we can amend the font? The settings of the emails are as per all normal emails in Outlook and I cannot see anywhere to amend this in Monday.com Any help would be greatly received Tha…

Email Customization while integrating with Outlook using automations + supporting Arabic/Farsi fonts

Dear Team, I hope you are well. while integrating with outlook to automate our workflow, we would like to customize the emails which are sent to our clients and change the fonts, sizes , etc. However, this feature is not currently available. It would be awesome if we could customize the automate emails so our clients would have a better view while receiving our messages. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I hope this is not too direct but I am curious if this implementation will ever be incorporated. Thank you in advance for the assistance!
