I am working on a Project Request and Proposal Workflow. I have created two forms: Proposal Form and Request Form. When the Request Form gets submitted a notification is sent via email with the attached Proposal Form containing fields from the request form and its own unique fields as well.
The problem I am having is in that the email notification does not contain the link. I added the link through the email automation but it does not show when the email is recieved. Any ideas why?
Update: When I add Unique ID and the Link to the email automation, it just says “incoming form answers” on the email itself. The items are no properly being inserted.
To the best of my knowledge, it should work if you put the link specifically in a link column type, and then map the automated email to include the link column instead.
