Has anyone been able to send a survey link out as an automation and had it be clickable, I added the URL to the email notification bit it comes across in plain text.
We are trying to use Monday’s Survey form.
Hey Jim! Have you tried utilizing the link column (with the survey link in it) within your automations or are you just pasting the form link within the automation template text for the email?
I would suggest trying it with the link column so that when you are making your automation recipe and edit the “send email” field, you can include the link column in the message content. Hopefully this will do the trick!
Thank you Charlotte, that included the URL from the LINK field, but also not as a clickable link.
