I have just started using the sequence feature on monday.com CRM which is great fro email campaigns etc but it doesn’t pull the email signature I have saved in monday. It makes the emails look like spam without this and clear i have not personally emailed anyone. Would be great to have this changed

Yes I have same desire. I also tried to copy a signature into the sequence editor. It didn’t transform it nicely. I tested it with a lead with my personal email address. And the siganture was deleted. Why? I tried it then with a codeblock with the signature as HTML. I copied my HTML script there. But then the app ran into an error and I can’t save anymore any sequences. So I couldn’t test. I am in contact with the support. The app itself seems not very staple. Anyway. Test the app please with signatures (images/icons). The problem is easily solvable if there is an option to use a presetted signature (“email & activities”). Thank you very much.
I agree this is a problem.
Has anyone gotten any responses on this? Is the answer to only use manual email reminders in the sequences until they fix it?
