I just found out that I need to create templates for individual emails as well as the mass emails. I already loaded over 100 templates to the contacts board and now I have to re-create all these templates in the mass email.
When it comes to email templates, I’ve found that having a good base template can save so much time, especially when you’re sending out similar messages regularly.
To keep things efficient, you can customize them for different situations, like customer inquiries or follow-ups.
