We’re new to Monday.com and I just created a bunch of email templates and realized they aren’t shareable to other members. We have templates for external and internal emails with a lot of mapped column fields and it’s way too hard to expect multiple people to recreate and keep up with any changes that happen. That process is just not scalable. We need to be able to standardize our messaging and streamline our process for emails by having the ability to create email templates useable by all.
