It is nice that I can see when my own emails I have sent are opened. But I have a team of seven and I would like to be able to go into an item and view when their emails have been opened as well as it makes next steps in our sales process different if someone has opened an email or not.
In addition I would like to be able to track the email open rate of specific subject lines or templates throughout a workspace or just the open rate in general.
