Email open rate and tracking

I have scenarios where we will be mass emailing ~400 contacts at a time. The overall send and open rates are great but I will be particularly interested in determining who has opened/read the email multiple times. I can see that data on each individuals record but I’d like to be able to view a list or have an automation that will list contacts that have viewed the email maybe 3 or more times. Hoping to target my follow up on those that have opened/read more than once. Not sure if that is possible?

Hey Cory,

This is a cool suggestion! I am afraid this goes beyond our native functionality at this stage, that said as mentioned a great idea that I am happy to funnel into our product team - apologies for the inconvenience

Hi Bianca,

Thanks for the reply. It looks like email campaigns are tracked separately with something like a campaign ID and then individual tracking (msgs and activity) at the individual level. The data seems to exist in the system and hopefully could just be a join between a data set for the campaign ID and individual records that were part of that campaign. Often sounds easier than it is and I’m totally guessing at the data structure. Let me know if the dev team would want additional details/scenarios. Thanks for your help!

I’m the developer of TraceMail.io, and I’m excited to explore how we can help you with this feature and its integration into Monday.com.

Regarding your scenario of mass emailing ~400 contacts and the need to track those who have opened/read the email multiple times, we can definitely work on a solution. TraceMail.io already tracks the open rates for each contact. This would allow you to easily target your follow ups on those contacts who are engaging more with your emails. Let me know what you need in Monday so I can build an Monday-Tracemail integration.

Looking forward to collaborating!
