I want to know who has seen an email sent using the "emails & activities" view of an item in a board

Hi! I have recently added the “emails & activities” view to items in my board. I have emailed a customer and cc’d my business partner. The email has been “seen” 4 times, but since there are 3 people included I have no way to know if 1 person has seen the email 4 times, if 2 people have seen the email, or if all 3 people in the thread have seen the message. Does this number include the person who sent the email? Does the number increase if I view the message a second or third time? It is important to me to understand if the recipient of the message has read it. Am I missing a setting? Is this functionality available or in development? Thank you so much!
