To be able to see who has seen an email when sent through Monday.com

Is there a way when sending an email through Monday.com that you can see who has seen the email rather than just that it has been seen with a date and a time.

This would come in very handy so can make sure emails are being seen by the relevant people rather than just assuming so.

If anyone knows of a way to see this or a work around please do let me know.

you can do this via automation but if you send multiple emails - can’t really see PER email - just the initial. Basically have to set up a status. Basically when email reply is received - change status to “READ”.

Would be nice to see in flat view (1) How many emails communications (2) How many reads - even if it’s an aggregate amongst mutliple emails - maybe an indicator of “New” if new read since last time i myself viewed the board.
