I’d like a user role that acknowledges that some people managers need a sphere of influence within the workspace(s) where their teams are working, but they do not need access to account-level settings which influence security and user experience for everyone at the company.
Currently, there is no role in between “Member” and “Admin,” but there should be one for people managers, which satisfies these criteria. Or, extending these permissions to workspace-level Admins would accomplish the same.
- Make themselves a board-level Admin on any Main board within this workspace (or private boards to which they’ve been invited)
- Add/remove assignees from tasks on boards within this workspace (Main or private boards to which they’ve been invited)
- Invite others to any Main board in this workspace
- Crown additional board-level Admins on any board within this workspace (Main or private boards to which they’ve been invited)
Without being able to:
- Adjust account-level security settings
- Adjust account-level customizations
- Access billing information
- Approve integrations
Thanks for considering!
