Adding Different Admin Levels

Requesting different Admin levels for monday.com users
I know that we can currently change permissions for different levels of users but Admin permissions need more options. Sometimes we want to make someone an admin but they may not need every single admin feature such as access to billing, access to delete or edit comments in a workspace that is not theirs, but at the same time enough admin access to be able to run their own workspace how they would need to.

Have you had a look to the Custom roles functionality?

It’s not perfect (yet?) but it adds more fine grained permissions. It’s only available on Enterprise thought.

We did exactly what you are looking for in our account by using Custom Roles and basing the custom role off of Member.

Hello, I have looked into this. The issue is that the custom roles are only based on member and it’s the admin features that we need for those roles. Not all admin features but some. For Example:
Only admins can edit or delete comments from other users.

I am seeing the admin privileges now. Let me test it.

I attempted a sub admin role as well. However you still cannot delete other users comments unless you are an actual admin.
