The rights granted to an “admin” in Monday.com is simply not enough. Most of the other platforms I came across have several access levels, not just 2.
The admin role is important, but there should be a “super admin role” where the CTO/IT manager can assist department heads on any board, folder organization, or automation. Or in case there will a certain restructuring for the departments, merging, or subsidiaries, be able to properly distribute the work. Which requires an ultimate access to everything in the organization’s account, including workspaces that hasn’t been created by this person.
