Hi Community,
We are currently testing our project plan in Monday and mandating for the following feature. Our plan includes ~80 items of which most have dependencies and the schedule barely leaves room for additional buffer days. Planning is one thing, but live is different. We would like to see the difference between the planned and the expected completion date, given we will face delays on one or more items.
E.g.
Plan:
Start date of firs item: 01/09
Completion of last item: 31/10
Live:
Start date of firs item: 01/09
Delays of various items
Expected completion of last item: 08/11
We believe its possible through a rather complex workaround and automation and are currently experimenting with timelines vs. dates.
