Hi all, is there a possibility to export a WorkForm layout to a PDF or Word document? I understand there are plenty of ways to manage the responses, however I have some clients that require offline and even manual copies of some forms. Any advice would be super helpful.

Hello @Michael_S, My workaround for this has been to click print and select to PDF. Or you could use a free tool to print screen and paste into a Word Doc like “snipping tool”

You can use the DocExport PDF Generator app to generate PDF documents from your WorkForm submissions.
When a form is submitted and a new item is created on your board, you can use that as a trigger for DocExport. It will automatically generate a PDF based on your customized design (or one of our starter templates) and save it to a Files column. You can also set it up to send the PDF automatically via email to the requester or anyone else.
