HI, I see that workforms submission viewer will be the only viewer available for Monday.com and form response viewer is being decomm. Is there an easy way to format the pdf once exported. I have a process of downloading the PDF then exporting it to a word document to allow submissions to be edit but the workforms submission viewer conversion isn’t as user friendly as the response viewer pdf. Any suggestions on how to make the form visually appealing and easily edible once exported from monday? I didn’t want to just have to do plain text. Thank you.
There is an app called DocExport PDF Generator which will get display your PDF in a better format. It may take you a couple of hours to format your doc correctly depending how big your form is, and if the templates don’t suit. It starts free (Am not affiliated with it, but have implemented it twice. Once for marketing briefs, and Once for invoices).
@BruceGosk thank you for attempting to try to solve another problem of mine. My company will not pay for any add ons it was tough enough to get them to purchase the many licenses I need for my users haha. I’ll keep trying to think of ways to work around this issue until the option to edit forms is available. Thank you again!
