I would like to utilize the Monday.com forms but I am running into issues. 1. Questions do not remain numbered. They show as numbered in a preview view and on the form but when using response viewer and turning the form into a PDF the numbers disappear. Also if I have a hyperlink embedded in the question and the link is long it does not format to fit within the margins of the form that’s being saved in PDF format. The ability to edit has been mentioned many times before so I will not mention that. I tried using the Beta Workforms Submission Viewer and ran into issues with that such as I have to refresh to get the form to appear correctly, regardless if I export as a picture or pdf the questions are not numbered. If I try to keep my picture branding in the background, the picture only appears in the first page and none of the other pictures. There is not a clean option to export the forms into a professional PDF to share with clients who submitted the form. I agree with those who asked for functionality to auto send a copy to the requester. It would also be nice to have a form ID assigned where someone can use to track the status of their form.
