Enhance Workform PDF Viewer: Omit Unanswered Questions & Embed Images

Hi Monday Community,

We’ve been using Monday Forms extensively in our workflow. While the forms feature is incredibly useful, we’ve encountered a couple of limitations with the PDF viewer that we believe, if addressed, could significantly enhance the user experience for many teams.

Feature Requests:

  1. Removing unanswered questions: Currently, when exporting forms to PDF, any unanswered questions are displayed as “[This question is not answered]”. It would be great to have an option to completely omit these unanswered questions from the PDF. This would help in producing a cleaner and more streamlined document.
  2. Displaying images in PDF view: At present, images in the forms are exported as links in the PDF rather than being embedded directly. The images are also not downloadable for people outside Monday. Embedding images directly within the PDF would improve the readability and presentation of the exported forms.

These enhancements would greatly improve the functionality of the Workform PDF viewer, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
