File gallery widget - subitems file columns

When using the file gallery view in a dashboard, under the files gallery widget settings, there is no option to choose a file column from a sub-item. Only file columns from the main items are available.

For example - My items are vendors.
A subitem is an order and it has 2 file columns:

  1. quote
  2. invoice

I want to be able to show only the invoices in the file gallery widget.
