We have a number of workspaces and in these workspaces a number of folders and sub-folders. I’m unable to find a way to identify all locations where my name (or other users) are listed. This makes it difficult to manage actions across sub-folders and folders, let alone workspaces. Example of where a user’s name may appear below:
On the left side of the screen, choose the calendar icon (My Work). Once in that screen, select Customize (filter icon), be sure to filter the boards you would like this info to be pulled from. you can also set things like when a status changes etc. Please be sure to select yourself or the others on your team you are looking for.
