Hello everyone! We have a form where outside organizations can request sponsorship and donations from our business. I know that on the Main Table of the board, our staff can export a PDF document and send to the person/organization who requested the donation. However, in the Form Editing section it indicates to me that the user should be do this themselves. When looking at the live form online, users to not see this same ability to click this link once their request has been submitted. I have attached a couple screenshots to indicate what I mean.
What do we need to change in the backend to allow the online requestor to see the details of their request (after submitting the form) without waiting for a response from our team?
There is no visible link that the user sees. The link you saw in the screenshot is what I see BEHIND the scenes when I’m editing the form in Monday.com.
Hello Desiree. Yes, that radio button is turned on in the form settings. For now, we have just been using a work around by exporting the PDF from the Submission link, and then emailing it back to the requestor (the person that input the data in the form) so they can have a record of what they requested
