the formula you are using to divide the values in two columns and calculate the percentage is probably incorrect. The correct formula should be:
DIVIDE({Column1},{Column2})*100.
If you are still having trouble getting the formula to work correctly.
Try using a different formula, such as the AVERAGE() function, to calculate the percentage.
