We’re struggling to create unique project identity numbers that will mirror through out a project from quote stage to job stage. I’m wondering if formulas can do that? It would need a text prefix that can be determined by client, and a number that can be determined by the date or client number, plus one or two etc if more than one job comes in.

Welcome to the community. This can’t be done with the use of formulas. The good news is that there is a marketplace app that does this. It can be found at https://monday.com/marketplace/17.
