"Get Linked Item Data" Action in Workflow Builder

Hi there,

We have recently started using the Workflow Builder feature in your application and appreciate its potential to streamline our processes. However, during our initial testing scenarios, we identified some key functionalities that are essential for our team’s ways of working but are currently missing. We believe these enhancements will significantly improve the usability and effectiveness of the Workflow Builder for a wider range of users.

Requested Enhancement: We propose a new action named “Get Linked Item Data,” allowing us to load data from different boards. This action should support data retrieval either via a direct link to the board or by matching a column between the boards.

I 100% agree with this - this would extend the Workflow Builder significantly.

A lot of workflows are currently not possible or only possible with workarounds because this action is missing.

The only thing it would need to include / handle is if the search returns multiple results or if multiple items are linked.
