However, as far as I can see ( App life cycle events), this information is not included in the data sent at an uninstall event to the webhook. How do we get access to this valuable feedback?

Second this request @Matias.Monday — uninstall survey feedback is something we monitor for all our apps outside of monday. It’s helpful for customer outreach, product improvements, and understanding how well our pricing is received — and as usual, it’s important to track over time, not just getting ocassional snapshots. We’d love to get this via the webhooks and via an API.
