Help to set up a formula for task done after the deadline

Hello everyone, I came accross the topic in this discussion where it discussed about how to set up a formula. I found this is very helpful. But I don’t know how to set it up. I tried to copy pasted the formula but it didn’t work. I’m not really familiar to this kinds of thing.
