Hello Monday.com-ers !
I’m creating a check sheet as a table in word and was wondering if this could be created in Monday.com, as it would allow me to track the answers and monitor. I’ve attached a copy as an example and any assistance would be greatly appreciated !

Hey Tahir! So sorry for the late response!
Yes, this is definitely possible! The question part would be the name of the item and the “Yes”, “No” and “N/A” columns could be individual Status Column or Dropdown Column labels/answers on a single Status Column or Dropdown Column. The “Comments/Actions” portion can be a Text Column.
We’d also recommend you then set up a monday form for this!
