How can I designate a short text field in Monday Form to be that item's name within the main table?

I have a form where the incoming responses are just coming in as “incoming form response” instead of the first field on my form which is a short text field. I’d rather the items come into the main board named as whatever the form submitter puts into this short text field.

Nevermind - I figured it out. I had somehow disabled the “Show name question” underneath the Customize>Builder Settings of the form.
