I’m currently in the process of creating multiple forms for my business.
Is there a way to change the default item name from a form submission?
Currently it appears as “Incoming form answer”. (Changing the board terminology didn’t resolve this issue and I don’t want them to have to type an item name in every time they submit a form.

If you select the option to include name question in form this will allow form submitters to submit their name which will default to the item name:

How can I have the form name auto populated as the item name everytime?
I would also like to set a default value in that field so that users don’t have to fill in a field that they would like to order supplies.
It’s a pretty basic request to be able to name our own forms so that our boards aren’t filled with similar named items that could be distinctly different.
