How to update the item name from a form submission [incoming form answer]

When a user submits a form it automatically populates with “Incoming form answer”
Is there any way to edit this text or to stop it altogether?

I did NOT hide the field - there is no item field when i create a new form.

Hi @leahstashko ,

When you are editing the form and go to the customize tab → monday.com settings → “Include Name Question in Form” this will populate a question titled “Name” which can be renamed. Depending on the form type you could name it appropriately like “Request Summary” if it is a request form. Then whatever is filled in on that question will show up instead of “Incoming form response”

I don’t know of a way to stop it altogether, but I hope this helps!
