How can I fill in 4 digit decimal in number column, since number column limits only 3 digit decimal.

Unfortunately, only 3 decimal places are displayed. However, more than that are stored. You can create a formula column with a formula like this {Numbers}*100000 to see better what is stored.
Depending on the specific use, you could also use a text column instead.
