How can I tell which server region my Monday.com account is in?

Hi guys,
Monday.com support documentation re the Cross Account Copier features notes that “you can’t copy account info between accounts located in different regions”. A quick Google search seems to indicate most (?) of Monday’s servers are in the US region, some in the EU. I am in New Zealand.
How can I tell which region’s servers my Monday.com / my client’s Monday.com are hosted on?
