How do I delete form questions when there has been submissions on the form

Hi

I’m just wondering if anyone knows whether it’s possible to delete a question from form from a board if the form has had submissions. When initially setting up our account, we created a form in an important board and just used the default questions to see how it would populate the board, however, now we need to create the form properly for use, we can’t delete questions as there has been a submission.

Has anyone experienced this or know of a workaround?

Welcome to the Community!

The easiest option here would be to hide the questions from the form. This means they will still remain on the form should you want to reactivate them later, but they won’t be shown to any users that are filling out the form via the public link / embedded form view.
To do this, edit the form and select the ‘eye’ icon to toggle the visibility of the question on the form.
Below is a screenshot of this option, although the layout may look slightly different on your side!
