I am going around in circles and confusing myself so i hope someone can clarify what I hope should be a simple process!
my business is B2C, and I have a list of hundreds of parents, for our photography business.
We photograph their children each year so send out emails with information about that.
At the start of each year I would like to be able to email each parent showing the details we have “on file” (on their item) - eg. phone number, child’s class - but also mainly for them to confirm they still are still in area, and their child will be photographed
In my mind, the email would be
here are your details (fields from the item)

click here to confirm all is correct (button)
I can’t figure out…
- is this possible?
- could they somehow edit the fields on an item on a webpage? (without obviously being a user on my account)
Alternatively, perhaps they just view the data on their item, then click a CONFIRM / DENY button, which would create a NEW ITEM. I could then dedupe / merge last year’s item and this year’s item using some third-party app.
