I was wondering if there’s a limit to how many dashboards we can create?
Like if I am inviting my team and they then create 2 private or publish dashboards of their own - does that affect the package in any way?

The number of dashboards you can create depends on the plan you are on.
You can find more information here.
Important to note, the number of boards you can connect to each Dashboard also depends on the plan you are on - I believe on the Pro Plan there is a limit of 20 connections currently.
