I have a list of tasks with different assignees. The assignee’s time estimates change per month.
Using a numbers column tied to a timeline column is not working because the total number is divided evenly across the timeline and I need to be able to create custom estimates per time period. I have already created several versions of each item to assign one individual per item so that I can see the data at the assignee level. But as far as I can currently see, the only other work around is to create multiple items per person and per time period to have accurate data. This is quite ineffective and inefficient.
What are my other options?
