Hi all, I would like to assign a task to different people over time.
Example:
Task A takes from november the 13th to the 16th. I want to assign that task on
the 13th to Person A
the 14th to Person B
the 15th to Person C
the 16th to Person B
I don’t get the logic how to do that in monday ^^ Do you have any idea?
On top I would like to have a overview of the schedule, who will work on the task at which time.
This tool is sooo powerful, there has to be something… I would be very thankful for any hints or ideas.

Hey @Volker , Been quite some time you posted this, Were you able to find the solution?
Here’s what I suggest.
Create 4 groups within the Monday board. Group Person A to D.
Add a due date for the first person.
Create an automation, that when the due date is passed, it automatically moves the task to the next group, and also assign the task to the person who is in for that particular group.
You can also achieve this through statuses.
