How to export selected columns and dashboard to excel?

Hi there!
I need to create an excel report of our databank every week and therefore would like to know if:

  • there is a way to filter the columns in order to export only those informations into excel?
  • there is a way to export a dashboard and its widgets as graphics into excel?
