Hi folks, we have two boards for managing our outreach processes.
- Leads = sales leads that we email/call/message
- Activities = created mostly from “Emails and Activities” app on the Leads board; these are connected to leads
We would like to have a way to see “Leads” that do not have open “Activities” (status <> “Done”, date in future) so we don’t forget to follow up with Leads.
Any thoughts on how can we accomplish this in Monday? A new column? A report?
It seems like formulas can’t reference another board. And a formula also can’t count/reference values in a single cell.
We are seldom able to build nuanced workflows because integrations and automations are often missing critical functionality (like this) for anything that’s not very basic. Though, credit where it’s due, the Monday.com API is good.
This was pretty easy to do in Salesforce and Hubspot.
