In our space we have project managers that fill in information along the columns we have created. When a project is awarded to us we have a button “Awarded” that sends an email to all of the board subscribers including accounting to start a job file. I want to be able to have certain columns control the ability for the awarded button to work. It is required information that accounting will need for the job. So the PM would have 3 columns or more maybe that have to have information in them in order to click the awarded button. Job name/Start date/ final price. Once those columns are complete the “Awarded” button will then work.

I would suggest that you look into setting up a a conditional automation on Monday so that the functionality would only function once specific columns (Job Name, Start Date etc etc) contain the desired information.
