There is already an automation from Emails & Activity called “when an email is opened, set status to something”.
I wanted to get a new automation “when an url is clicked on an email, set status to something”.
I guess it is a small thing to do for devellopers as you have already an automation similar

This doesn’t fix your specific use case, but if you use mass email feature, you can see who clicks on the links. https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/10989655392914-Email-campaigns-and-mass-emailing
@brianfromfrance until that will be developed by monday, I can suggest u to use a marketplace app named SuperMail which offers this functionality
Thanks for your kind answer, but we should pay for this app… I hope Monday can handle more automation on their own (free for their customer) as it’s not a service on outside like connect Calendly or other stuff, it’s on their sheets that we want them to work
