Create active urls when adding a Monday form to an automated email

I have tried everything to add a CSAT survey link (from a Monday form) to an automated email that would be sent once a status column was changed to ‘sent’, (button column, link column, a concatenate formula, html, wrapping the link, etc). However, the url keeps being sent as plain text and Monday just does not seem to support an active survey URL when attempting to embed it into an automated email. Adding this feature would be really useful as to circumvent this I have to manually send an email in the email and activities chain instead of just using an automation
