Description
We want to easily see who has updated an item – but currently, the “Last updated” column only updates if the item data / columns are updated. We want to also be able to see updates on activities. Maybe a new column called “Last activity” is better suited for this purpose – but our initial thought would be that the “Last updated” included every update on the item.

We want to change the logic behind the “Last updated” column, or add a new “Last activity” column, that also takes into account when activities happens on an item.
Use the Board Email Reports folder (Item Updates) and set up this rule:
