Are you referring to automation/workflow rules? ie I have automations set up to change status to a ‘failed’ status if a rep tries to mark an item won but doesn’t have certain columns filled in. Those rules are active whether they change it on the app or desktop.

I’m talking about the Conditional Status Change that when you try to change to another status that has conditionals, the systems displays a form with the required info and doesn’t let you change the status unless you fill out every required field. This is very useful for CRM and I find it to be much more comprehensive than automations to validate data.
