Can you confirm what data centre your account is set up on? I ask this as the Zoom Integration only works on the US server at this time (not the EU or AU centre). I apologise for the setback here 
Hi @BiancaT may I ask if there are any future plans to make the Zoom integration available beyond the US server? Since Zoom is an essential tool across many regions, extending this functionality would be of great value to users worldwide.

If you would like to prioritize this feature request with our Product team, I encourage you to submit a new request in our forum here: Feature requests - monday Community Forum . Other users can upvote your request to continue making a case for this need!
