Hello - There is currently an integration with Zoom Meetings but not with Zoom Phones. I asking for an integration between our CRM and Zoom Phones so that when a call comes in that it creates a new date stamped item in our CRM and notifies the receptionist group. Also, if a VoiceMail is left after hours it will keep as a file and notify the appropriate team member. Thanks! Wes
